The recent club meeting agreed the following rules after feedback on boat bookings from Paul:
1. Any member fishing Pitsford on 6th October should confirm with Paul by 28th September latest.
2. Attendance should be confirmed to Paul a full week before any outing at any time.
3. All boats will be cancelled should less than 6 members confirm their attendance by a week before any outing.
4. If more than 6 have committed then Paul will either cancel spare boats or try to book extra.
It was proposed that the above becomes the normal procedure as expeditious and reliable boat bookings are required by the fishery. Each member is responsible to confirm their attendance with the match secretary.
This is necessary following the Foremark experience recently which left both Paul and the Club in an embarassing position.
