We had a good day with several out, all caught fish and this included one of our junior members Michael Atkins who only came to two junior days last year and has had about 3 or 4 half days with me. He came out on a boat too and caught 1 fish and had a few fish on briefly plus several pulls.
Fast learning the frustrations of fishing!! Many other anglers reported havng loads of pulls but not connecting particularly in Buzzer Bay.
Tom Morton had the heaviest fish of 2lb 13oz. Keith Prowting bagged up first and went on to release 10 more, sadly for him he was pipped to the post by Tom having the greater bag weight. Even though the wind was not great it fished well.
